Sunday Suprise Card

All week I’ve been posting cards from the beautiful Merriest Moments Bundle. This bundle is so versatile and is perfect for creating Holiday cards.

To Make This Card:

• Card Base (Cherry Cobbler): 5.50” x 8.50” scored at 4.25”
• Layer 1 (Peaceful Prints Designer Series paper): 4.0” x 5.25”
• Dies Cuts
  • Large Rectangle with Leaves–emboss and cut using Basic White cardstock
  • Stitched Rectangle – cut out of Basic White cardstock
  • Flowers – cut out 3 small flowers using Cherry Cobbler cardstock
• Inside Card –
  • Basic White: 4.0” x 5.25”
  • Flowers – cut out 1 small flower using Cherry Cobbler cardstock

1. Cut all the cardstock and designer series papers using the measurements above.
2. Fold the Cherry Cobbler cardstock and use a bone folder to make a crisp fold along the score line. This is your base card.
3. Attach the Peaceful Prints Designer Series paper (Layer 1) to the card base using your favorite adhesive.
4. Use the large rectangle leaves arrangement die from the Merriest Frames Dies with the embossing folder and the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine to emboss and cut out the large rectangle leaves arrangement out of Basic White cardstock.
5. Attach the embossed large rectangle leaves arrangement to the Peaceful Prints Designer Series paper using dimensionals.
6. Use the stitched rectangle die from the Merriest Frames Dies and the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine to cut out one stitched rectangle out of Basic White cardstock.
7. Stamp the “Thinking of you this Festive Season” from the Merriest Moments Stamp set in the center of the Basic White stitched rectangle using Real Red ink.
8. Attach the stamped stitched Basic White rectangle to the center of the large rectangle leaves arrangement using dimensionals.
9. Use the small flower dies from the Merriest Frames Dies and the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine to cut 4 small flowers out of Cherry Cobbler cardstock.
10. Attach three of the small flowers on three corners of the stitched rectangle using your favorite adhesive.
11. Place a small pearl in the center of each flower.
12. Tie a bow with Cherry Cobbler Ribbon and attach to the lower right-hand corner of the stitched rectangle using a glue dot.
13. Stamp the large flower from the Merriest Moments Stamp set to the bottom of the Basic White cardstock using Cherry Cobbler ink.
14. Attach the Basic White cardstock to the inside of the card using your favorite adhesive.
15. Attach the last small Cherry Cobbler flower to the stamped flower using your favorite adhesive.
16. Add a pearl to the center of the small flower.
