I’m Susan Elise Schultz and I want to welcome you to my blog – Sea Ranch Creations Papercrafts! I love to design cards, make scrapbook pages, and create 3-D projects. I’m excited to share my love of stamping and crafting with you.
I’ve been an avid scrapbooker for 30 years and made countless scrapbooks documenting our son, Will’s school years, Jazz Band competitions, sport activities (soccer, badminton, and fencing) and his accomplishments leading to becoming an Eagle Scout.
During a crafting retreat, some close friends introduced me to card making. It was such a joy to create and complete a beautiful card in 15 to 20 minutes versus the weeks or months to complete a scrapbook! Card making allows me time to relax and use my creative energy. Now that I’ve retired, I look forward to spending more time creating and sharing handmade cards and 3-D projects.
Here is a picture of my wonderful family. My husband, David and I were married in 1982 and we are best friends and very much in love. Our son, Will, just turned 27 and he is a graduate student at University of California, Santa Barbara working on a Ph.D. in Astrophysics.
I’ve recently retired as a Science Researcher (Biology and Chemistry) from Stanford University. David, a particle physicist retired after 35 years at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center. We have moved into our dream house on the northern coast of California in a small community called The Sea Ranch. We are located about 3.5 hours north of San Francisco off of Route 1.
I’ll be using this blog site to post new card designs, share the new Stampin’ Up catalogs, keep you up to date on special sales, and invite you to post your creations. I hope you will visit my site often.
